You can get the product in the most convenient way for you:

2. Delivery service Nova Poshta.
3. By agreement, delivery by any delivery service is possible.

The Buyer has the right to return the goods of good quality to the Seller if the goods cannot be used for their intended purpose. The buyer has the right to return goods of good quality within 14 (fourteen) days, not counting the day of purchase. The return of goods of good quality is made if it has not been used and if its presentation, consumer properties, packaging, as well as a document confirming payment for the Goods are preserved. The list of goods not subject to return on the grounds provided for in this paragraph is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The refund to the Buyer of funds paid for goods of good quality is carried out within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of such Goods by the Seller, subject to the requirements provided for in clause 6.1 of the PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT and the current legislation of Ukraine.

The Seller returns to the Buyer the funds paid for the Goods by non-cash recalculation to the Buyer’s account, minus the compensation of the Seller’s costs associated with the execution of the order (costs associated with the implementation of non-standard equipment, additional options, costs associated with packaging and transferring the goods to the carrier, etc.).

The return of the Goods of good quality is made at the expense of the Buyer and the Seller does not reimburse the Buyer.

In the event that defects in the Goods are revealed during the established warranty period, the Buyer personally, in the manner and within the time limits established by the legislation of Ukraine, has the right to present the Seller with the requirements provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”. When submitting claims for free elimination of defects, the period for their elimination is calculated from the date of receipt of the Goods by the Seller at its disposal and physical access to such Goods.

Consideration of claims provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” is carried out by the Seller upon submission by the Buyer of the documents provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine. The Seller is not responsible for the defects of the Goods that arose after its transfer to the Buyer as a result of the Buyer’s violation of the rules for the use or storage of the Goods, the actions of third parties or force majeure.

The Buyer does not have the right to refuse a product of good quality, having individually defined properties, if the specified product can be used exclusively by the Buyer who purchased it (including non-standard dimensions, characteristics, appearance, equipment, cable length, etc.). Confirmation that the goods have individually defined properties is the difference in characteristics from those indicated on the Site.

Our scales are fully consistent with the description on the site. The warranty period of operation is 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase of the Scale. During the warranty period, it is necessary to carry out maintenance of the Scale. It is not difficult and you can do it thanks to our verbal or written recommendations. If necessary, we can come to you for maintenance or repair of Scales.

We provide our customers with consulting support for the installation, configuration and operation of Scales. During the warranty period and in the process of further operation, it is necessary to carry out maintenance of the Scales.
